Privacy notice

Who we are

Jiangxi Qianyang Furniture Co., Ltd., based in Jiangxi, China ("we"). We manufacture and supply commercial furniture to business buyers. This notice covers this website only.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the project inquiry or contact form:

• your name, company and country or region;
• your business email and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number or phone number;
• the furniture categories, models and quantities on your inquiry list;
• the project type, estimated quantity, target delivery window and the requirement you write;
• standard technical information recorded by our host for security, described below.

The inquiry list is stored in your browser

While you browse, the models you add with Add to Inquiry are stored in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them. They are sent only when you press send on the form. Clearing the list, or clearing this site's data in your browser, removes them.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote and supply the furniture you ask about. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. — this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare delivers the pages, runs the form-handling function and produces standard security and abuse-prevention logs, which include the IP address of the request.
• Resend — transactional email provider. It receives the submitted enquiry in order to deliver the notification email to us.

Where the data goes

The notification and the enquiry reach us in China. The providers above may process the data in other countries. Please send an enquiry only if you are willing for your business contact details to be handled this way.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and the details inside them are kept for up to 12 months, and are then deleted. This website itself stores no inquiry content: the only copy we keep is the notification email in our own mailbox. Our email provider keeps delivery records under its own data policy. A deletion request is actioned as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and our own code loads no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels and no third-party embeds. The only thing it stores in your browser is the inquiry list described above.

One exception you should know about: our hosting platform, Cloudflare, adds its own lightweight analytics beacon to the pages it serves for this site. That is a platform setting, not a script in our code. Cloudflare publishes that its Web Analytics beacon does not set cookies and does not store personally identifiable information; we have not audited that setting ourselves, so if you need its current data-handling detail for your own records, ask us and we will share what the platform discloses. We can also switch the platform analytics off so the pages carry only this site's own scripts, on request.

Our host may apply a security check to a request; ask us if you need the current detail.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form, one of the WhatsApp numbers listed below, or our Alibaba.com storefront, and say that your message is a data request. A deletion request is actioned within 30 days.
